M.S Welded Wiremesh

M.S Welded Wiremesh

Welded wire mesh (also known as welded wire fabric or weldmesh) is a prefabricated wire grid produced by electric resistance (fusion) welding. It is made from parallel longitudinal wires, precisely spaced and welded to cross wires at set intervals. Manufactured on automated machines for accurate dimensional control, welded mesh helps reduce installation time, labour, and overall cost. Available in a wide range of sizes and configurations, it is widely used across agriculture, industry, transportation, horticulture, and food processing, as well as in mining, gardening, machine guards, and decorative applications. The term “weldmesh” is also commonly used for square or rectangular barrier fencing made from welded wire mesh.

G.I CHAINLINK FENCING

G.I Chainlink Fencing

Chain-link fencing (also known as wire netting, wire-mesh fencing, chain-wire fencing, cyclone fencing, hurricane fencing, or diamond-mesh fencing) is a woven fence typically made from galvanized steel wire. The wires run vertically and are formed into a zig-zag pattern, with each bend interlocking with the adjacent wire. This interweaving creates the fence’s distinctive diamond-shaped mesh pattern.

1/2 x 1/2 G.I WELDED WIREMESH

1/2 x 1/2 G.I Welded Mesh

Welded wire mesh, or welded wire fabric, or "weldmesh" is an electric fusion welded prefabricated joined grid consisting of a series of parallel longitudinal wires with accurate spacing welded to cross wires at the required spacing.

Machines are used to produce the mesh with precise dimensional control. The product can result in considerable savings in time, labour and money.

Common uses for welded wire mesh, or steel mesh include:

  • Safety covers.

  • Fencing and cages.

  • Stairways and balustrading.

  • Catwalks.

  • Large scale construction projects.

  • Anti-theft screens.

  • Shelving.

  • Fishing traps.

  • Tree Guard

  • Birds Cages

BARBED WIRE

G.I Barbed Wire

Barbed wire is a subsidiary option for chain link. Barbed wire is wires eloped into each other thought the run and holds barbs at 4 inches of gap. The running wire is usually a 12 gauge / 2.5 mm wire and the bard is a 14 gauge / 2 mm wire. The 12 gauge wire is called the line wire and the 14 gauge wire is called the barb wire.

On request and in our previous customer requests, we have made barbed wire with 12 gauge wire as line wire and 12 gauge wire as barb wire. Barbed wire is tied along the perimeter with a specific distance between two lines of barbed wire as per choice.

Types of Barbed Wire :-

 12 x 12 ( 12 Gauge Long Wire & 12 Gauge used in Barb )   12 x 14 ( 12 Gauge Long Wire & 14 Gauge used in Barb )   14 x 14 ( 14 Gauge Long Wire & 14 Gauge used in Barb )
